Your body doesn’t need more information, it needs integration.

So many of us carry a deep hunger to slow down and rest — and yet, actually letting ourselves do that feels impossibly hard….
In a world that constantly demands more — more healing, more growth, more productivity — slowing down can feel unsafe. Or just too indulgent. Or just too far out of reach.

Maybe you only allow yourself to pause when everything else is done (which is never)….
Maybe you’ve been deep on your healing path — doing all the “right” things — but it still feels like a lot of effort and not enough relief…
Or maybe you’re just bone-deep tired from trying so hard to just feel okay

Whatever the reason, if rest feels like something you crave but can’t quite access… you’re not alone.

Held is a place for that.
A place where rest isn’t something you have to earn — it’s something you reclaim

Held is a guided gathering to support deep rest for our bodies and minds

When bodies are connecting, safely, together - our nervous system’s sync up with one another and we can experience settling in our body. This is co-regulation. Like co-regulation, co-resting is exactly as it sounds: coming together in safe spaces to find rest together.

Held is a space for guided community rest. Each session is 60–75 minutes of live, grounded support. Together, we move through a themed rest experience — focused on a specific part of the body, the self, or a need — while you’re invited to simply get comfortable and receive.

This is NOT a productivity or nervous system hack or another healing method to master. It’s a place to practice being with yourself in a way that’s deeply nourishing, sustainable, and safe. This is not just a rest class. It’s a quiet rebellion against a world that tells you to be constantly improving, healing, producing, and pushing through. It’s a space for deep physiological healing, rooted in the body’s natural capacity to yield — to soften, to receive, to be supported.

Held is a practice. A gathering. A gentle return to something your body has always known, but maybe hasn’t had a safe place to remember.

It’s community care. It’s developmental healing. It’s nervous system support. It’s a way to be with yourself — without needing to earn it first.

You don’t have to do it alone. And you don’t have to “earn” your rest.

You deserve a deeply rested body

Our Monthly Class Themes

So how does it work?

Live Monthly Calls: Two opportunities to join - Tuesday 1x a month at 4pm PST or Thursday 1x a month at 9:30am PST. Come to one or come to both!

Join anytime: This is an ongoing, subscription based slow group. Not a program, not a course, not a training, not a one time class. Held is a monthly gathering, a community space, a long and deep integration journey that supports your body - wherever you are.

What can I expect?: Each call will begin with a very brief summary of the theme we will be working on followed by the 30-45 minute guided experience. There will be ample time to gently “wake up” and gather together for brief reflections before closing.

Teaching our body to Yield

Guided, intentional and supportive rest is more than just “relaxing and unwinding” - it’s renegotiating our relationship to feeling safe in our body. In our earliest years, the experience of feeling safe enough in our body to let go, to “drop” and soften comes through our developmental movement of Yielding - the bodies way of trusting. We are designed to naturally yield in the arms of a safe caregiver that holds us when we cry or are tired. But for many of us, this experience was interrupted or went missing for our little bodies. Now, we practice rest not just as a way to soothe our system, but to give our body the opportunity to safely yield once again. When our body feels safe enough to let go of bracing patterns, soften into support and “drop” into heaviness, it learns to trust being safely supported and safely at ease. This is essential for healing.
