In a world that constantly demands more…—more healing, more growth, more productivity—slowing down can feel unsafe. Or too indulgent. Or just too far out of reach.
Maybe you’re tired of programs, courses, and 1:1 work and just want a gentle place to land.
Maybe you’re craving less information and more community.
Maybe you want to stay consistent in your healing without a huge time commitment.
Maybe you’re done trying to “fix” yourself, and you’re ready to let yourself rest.
If rest feels like something you crave but can’t quite access, you’re not alone.
Guided, intentional, and supportive rest for your nervous system is more than just “relaxing and unwinding” - it’s renegotiating our relationship to feeling safe in our body.
In our earliest years, the experience of feeling safe enough in our body to let go, to “drop” and soften comes through our developmental movement of Yielding - the body's way of trusting.
We are designed to naturally yield in the arms of a safe caregiver who holds us when we cry or are tired. But for many of us, this experience was interrupted or went missing for our little bodies. Now, we practice being in our body not just as a way to soothe our systems, but to give our bodies the opportunity to safely yield once again.
When our body feels safe enough to let go of bracing patterns, soften into support, and “drop” into heaviness, it learns to trust being safely supported and safely at ease. This is essential for healing.
Imagine having support woven into your everyday rhythm.
Not another course to keep up with, but a space where nervous system work becomes something you live, not something you schedule, analyze, or perfect.
You don’t have to do it alone.
And you don’t have to earn your rest.
Think of it like your favorite yoga studio, but for your inner world.
Where a program might feel like a retreat, Held is the steady membership you return to, week after week, for a drop of nervous system support that actually integrates.
Each month centers around a theme: a part of the body, an emotional experience, or a nervous system pattern.
You’re invited to get comfortable, explore, breathe, soften, and receive.
Held is a practice.
A gathering.
A consistent place for your body to land.
"I’m grateful that this space exists outside traditional social media and is so easily accessible through the app—whether through live calls, replays, or gentle check-ins.
What means a lot is not feeling alone in the process. The live calls have become a soft ritual for me, and the replays help me return to my body and rest with continuity.
I’m deeply grateful for Lexy’s way of holding and guiding, and I recommend her and this space everywhere I go."
Every month we will meet on a Tuesday and Thursday at 10am PST and 4pm PST. The recordings will be available for you to catch if you miss a call and additional call day/times will eventually be added!
Our group connects beyond just the live calls. Our private community space stays engaged the whole month through. Between weekly check ins, journal prompts, regular bite sized practices to help you deepen your practice and an exclusive Q&A space–Held is your go-to community for support.
This is an ongoing, subscription based slow group. Unlike a program, course, or one time class—Held is a monthly gathering, a community space, a long and deep integration journey that supports your body - wherever you are.
Each call will begin with a very brief summary of the theme we will be working on followed by the 30-45 minute guided experience. There will be ample time to gently “wake up” and gather together for brief reflections before closing
Our themes go beyond just “tending to the nervous system”. Each part of the mind, body and inner world is explored in depth through monthly themes that spotlight stress organs, emotions, body parts that often hold tension and areas that easily get dysregulated.
By giving each theme a full month, we create the space that doesn’t always get to exist in larger programs to tend to one part of our body at the time.

I come to this work with both lived experience and years of guiding others through it. I know firsthand what it’s like to be deeply committed to healing—to learn the frameworks, try the tools, and still feel overwhelmed by how much there is to do or how hard it can be to actually integrate it into daily life.
As a practitioner and guide, I’ve seen how rare it is to find spaces that don’t ask for more effort, more information, or more time. Held exists to offer something different: a simple, intimate community grounded in real life. A place where you can slow down, integrate what you’re already learning, and practice being with yourself in a way that’s digestible, sustainable, and woven into your everyday experience—without needing to keep up, catch up, or fix yourself.

Each month focuses on the same theme. Each call offers a different time to support various time zones and give each of you an opportunity to join at least once. You are welcome to join both LIVE sessions, one LIVE session, or catch the recording!
Yes. These ongoing sessions are not just about the act of “rest” but the implementation of consistently offering our body a safe space to explore its needs and negotiate safety within. If you’re someone who has always struggled with rest, maybe finding it hard to ever slow down or not stay busy, this is vital for you. It’s not about getting your body to “calm down” or to even fully “rest” right away, but to show it a consistent place to safely land when its ready to and how it needs to. Consistency is what matters here and can be profound for our bodies.
