Attune to You is the exact process that takes you from battling your emotions to befriending your body.

It’s a comprehensive journey that equips you with a framework that feels tangible, doable and easy to integrate in your life so you can spend less time “doing” and more time “being”.

Most programs, courses and frameworks focus on one or two life pillars at a time, which can leave us feeling like something is still missing, Attune to You brings it all together so you don’t have to keep searching for answers…

The Emotional Self:

 How our nervous system responds to life and trauma, how triggers show up in our behaviors, how emotions and feelings live in the body.

Our inner children, the younger parts of ourselves who have been with us all along and who are ultimately the ones online when we feel most activated.

Where complex chronic symptoms live, muscles, fascia and energetic pathways that become tense, stuck and inflamed.

Our attuned self, the part of us who knows the way deep down, underneath the identities and beliefs that we had to learn to survive.

We begin our process by learning to decode our nervous system, emotions, feelings and physiological responses. 

We develop our muscle of attuning to what we feel and learn how to be with, process, express and integrate emotions through the body.

In this phase we learn to turn towards the children within all of us. Our own inner family system that has been with us all along. 

We learn the foundational framework of the Attunement Method, self attunement, and how to work with our inner parts in real time to develop attachment repair and inner trust so you can navigate triggers, relational conflict, and core wounds with ease and show up in life with more agency.

We know the body holds trauma and chronic stress, in this phase we’ll explore what that actually means. 

By working physically with our body, our muscles, and our fascia you’ll have a unique opportunity to explore self healing tools that empower you to tend to your own physical stress, pain and tension. 

This part of the journey is where you get to experience a deeper level of tangible and measurable relief.

Reconnect with who you are beneath the roles you learned you had to play. This phase is all about tuning into your truth, your boundaries and your right to express yourself.

You’ve learned how to attune to yourself, now it’s time to embody the Attuned Self - the part of you that feels most honest, real and authentic. 

By renegotiating beliefs and identities that shaped your survival, this final phase offers the exploration you need to land with clarity, agency and alignment.

You’ll use the Attunement Method, to meet and tend to yourself to regain balance, clarity, and coherence. 

Over 12 weeks you will move through four phases, each building on the last.

Each phase focuses on one core system: your emotional self, your younger self, your physical self and your core self, so that by the end all parts of you are working together rather than against each other.

This is built for real life. You do not need to clear your schedule or have it all together. The curriculum is self-paced, the live calls give you real-time support, and the community means you are never doing this alone.

I’m a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and coach dedicated to helping burnt out, sensitive, thoughtful humans just like yourself step out of the cycle of “fix yourself” culture.

This is actually a common experience for so many of my students

Most programs give you videos and tools and then send you on your way. Attune to You is an experience rooted in community, so you no longer have to feel isolated in your journey. 

Sometimes, talk therapy doesn’t feel aligned when we’ve spent so much time talking about our trauma without actually processing emotions through the body. And some folks also share the fatigue they feel from 1:1 settings, craving a more experiential process.
